Grain-Free Coconut Milk Porridge
Here's another grain-free oatmeal substitution if you're looking for a warm paleo or keto cereal morning meal replacement that's not eggs. Made out of whole nutrient rich foods, vegan, and filled with fiber and omega-3 to kick start your brain power first thing in the morning.
Grain-Free Coconut Milk Porridge

- 1/2 cup sprouted chia seed pudding (1 part chia seeds, 3 parts water, soaked to sprout overnight)
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Smoothie (ingredients are just pure blended young coconut meat, or make your own)
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 apple, lightly baked and cubed (or any fruit of choice)
- 1 tsp good cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure cacao nibs (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp raisins or any pure dried fruit of choice
Warm and combine all ingredients together over the stove and sprinkle with more fresh fruit, crushed almonds and coconut as desired.
